Each serving provides 1mg of supplemental plant-derived spermidine from concentrated, defatted Japanese wheat* germ extract. We defat our wheat germ extract to remove the omega 6 fatty acids (PUFAs) that are prone to going rancid and causing inflammation if not removed.
