SHIPPING POLICY

Canada:

• Orders $500 and over: Free shipping (Not applicable during sale periods)
• Orders $200 and under: $14.90 flat rate

United States:

• Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

The estimated shipping time is usually 2-3 business days for Canada and 5-10 business days for the United States, but may vary depending on your location.

We currently use FedEx as our courier partner across Canada and the United States. 

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, of course! You will receive a 'Shipping Confirmation' email with all your tracking information once your order has left our distribution centre.

MY TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow up to 3 business days from your order's delivery date before contacting us for an investigation. You may also contact the courier to investigate further.
