Iron+ delivers 18 mg of elemental iron from Ferrochel® iron bisglycinate, paired with Pureway® C liposomal vitamin C to support absorption. At 100 mg of liposomal vitamin C, Iron+ is one of the only iron supplements on the market to include this pairing at all, and the only one we've found at this dosing. Ferrochel is a chelated iron that's clinically shown to be gentler on digestion, with significantly lower rates of constipation and nausea than conventional iron. And unlike most supplements in this category, there are no fillers. A vegetable capsule, two active ingredients, nothing else.
