Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Their Olive Oil is the backbone of this duo. It was harvested by Philip Asquith — a fourth-generation Olive farmer.  It contains their famous blend of Mission, Picual, Leccino, Pendolino, and Frantoio Olive varietals, which makes for a vibrant, peppery Oil balanced by softer fruit notes. Perfect for dipping, finishing, roasting, and baking.
