Faulty Product Packaging, Makes MESSY Use

When this product arrived the tube to extract the body oil was plugged and the gold 'shimmer' had solidified at the bottom of the container. As a result, the gold doesn't mix well with the oil. And it's a total mess trying to get it out to use. When I messaged customer service the response was "unfortunately if it has been opened and is still usable, we cannot process and exchange or refund."
