Take 2-3 tablets once a day for routine maintenance. You can take herbs with other vitamins + supplements, with or without food.
For deeper cleansing, take 2-3 tablets 2-3 times per day until you’ve finished your bottle. Optimal times to cleanse are after the New Year, at the Spring Equinox, and after Labor Day.
